About The Position

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Data Center Design Management team is a collaborative group of architects, engineers, and technical specialists responsible for delivering high-performance infrastructure that powers the Oracle Cloud. We are seeking a Data Center Design Manager to support the execution and coordination of design across our global portfolio of data centers. As a key member of the Design Management team, you will assist in the planning, review, and coordination of design activities with consultants, internal stakeholders, and external development partners. Your role will focus on ensuring that design packages meet OCI’s program standards, support operational efficiency, and are aligned with project goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure that supports hyperscale and AI workloads around the world. Seeking candidates with strong architecture and design background in large scale data centers, not necessarily engineers. In this role, you will manage assigned portions of the design process for both new builds and retrofit projects. You’ll support the delivery of design documentation, provide technical coordination, and assist with early-stage due diligence. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge in MEP systems, the ability to manage multiple design packages simultaneously, and a passion for delivering best-in-class data center infrastructure. You will work under the direction of senior team members and collaborate closely with OCI’s engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure project success.

Requirements
