and its users. The Health Special Projects team is looking for a Senior Visual
Designer to help define and deliver high-impact work across product UI and
content experiences. This role blends visual storytelling with product
thinking—requiring both conceptual strength and precision in execution. You’ll
lead the visual development of product concepts while also contributing to
content-rich experiences, from digital articles to narrative-driven features.
You thrive at the intersection of interaction design, brand systems, and
editorial craft—and bring a thoughtful, user-centered approach to every detail.

The Design Manager will be focused on creating content in all media that
supports and enhances the features and services Apple offers in the health
space. This means executing and ensuring consistency of the look and feel,
overseeing design work in digital and video, and commissioning illustration and
photography. A successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and skilled
communicator with a proven track record of planning and executing within a
highly collaborative team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years experience crafting extraordinary digital content designs for iOS, desktop or web platforms
• Proficient in Sketch, Abode Design Suite, Keynote, After Effects, Illustrator and other design tools
• Strong communication skills with a penchant for working closely with other teams including video, data, designers, category experts, engineering and program management
• Established network of designers, illustrators and photographers and photo production teams
• Can oversee the workflow for many projects at once
• Has a passion for Apple, its products, and its customers

Nice To Haves

• Experience with health apps/programs/data is not necessary but valuable; passion for health is a must
• Self-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project and a team without close supervision
• Prototyping and/or animation experience is a plus
• Budget management and creative thinking around spending
• Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change during a project
