International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Design Intern for the Spring 2027 Internship class to join the Creative team. This team consists of designers, artists, and filmmakers who work to bring IJM's mission and brand to life through various creative executions. The internship will utilize the intern's skills in areas like UX or design to support the Creative and Campaigns team in producing impactful marketing materials and internal resources. The intern will contribute to pre-determined projects based on their skillset and interests, gaining hands-on design experience. Potential projects include global campaign support, social media graphics, layout design, graphic design, and digital UX/UI. Project scope will be adapted to the intern's specific skillset to ensure mutual value. This position can be fully in-person or hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) in the Washington, DC area, or remote for non-local candidates. The role reports to the Creative Specialist, Global Marketing and requires 30-40 hours per week, primarily during standard business hours (8:30 am - 5:30 pm EST). Interns receive a monthly stipend to help defray expenses, which is not considered wages.
