About The Position

The Hardware Design Integrity (HWDI) department enables program execution quality and on-time delivery by ensuring integrity, compliance, security and process efficiency of our technical data, designs and systems. HWDI is part of the Product Integrity center, alongside Configuration and Data Management (CMDM). The department is seeking a candidate to support the review and compliance of technical data packages (TDPs) to internal, customer, and regulatory requirements; drawing and computer-aided design (CAD) database release management, and information systems (IS) support. The position is for an ON-SITE role within the HWDI Team in Andover, MA.

Requirements

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Business Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or another related field
Must hold an active and existing security clearance
U.S. citizenship is required
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience utilizing CAD (Computer-aided-design) tools such as CREO or equivalent
Prior engineering project or internship experience
Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, and/or Power BI experience
Experience developing and delivering presentations (verbal and/or written)

Responsibilities

Training and application of RTX tools including CREO and Product Data Management (cPDM)
Support programs and the hardware engineering discipline utilizing engineering tools, Adobe, and Microsoft office suite
Engineering change and drawing release
Collaboration with coworkers and diverse teams
Information Systems and risk management support
Process improvement with possible presentations on initiatives as needed
Training on Raytheon processes and procedures
