About The Position

Flexpipe is seeking a Design and Estimation Technician to join their Flexpipe Lab team. This role involves designing material handling solutions and assembly stations for clients in manufacturing plants. The technician will develop and propose custom solutions to clients using SketchUp and the Flexpipe system, offering turnkey solutions. Responsibilities include designing, preparing documentation and material lists, writing quotes, and presenting solutions to clients. The technician is also responsible for project evaluation and maintaining updated quotes and documentation.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English and French (spoken/written).
• Creativity and a passion for finding and implementing solutions.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in your work.
• Interest in the product.
• Comfort with computer tools and quick to learn new systems.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles (an asset).

Nice To Haves

• DEP / AEC or Certificate (Preferred)
• Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
