Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
- Advanced knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria.
- Excellent communication skills to comprehend and convey detailed technical data.
- Experience with AutoCad or AutoCad Electrical.
- Knowledge of Industrial controls, cabinet layouts, and schematics/wiring diagrams.
- Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- PLC and VFD experience.
- Hands-on experience- familiar with wiring and assembly.
- Advanced technical writing skills (i.e. operating instructions, test procedures).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and advice in the areas of design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, preparation of specifications, and execution of field tasks.
- Plan and conduct moderate technical or engineering-related assignments.
- Provide resolution to moderate technical or engineering-related problems.
- Develop and recommend procedures and methods.
- Evaluate, select and apply technical techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment in making adaptations and modifications.
