  • Strong independent judgment to tackle complex, non-routine problems with creative solutions
  • Ability to set work direction for teams in alignment with strategic objectives and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical teams of design engineers and technical leads through tendering and project execution phases
  • Oversee technical solutions from inception to closure, ensuring delivery meets cost, time, and quality standards
  • Capture customer needs, define optimal solutions, and identify technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive operational excellence, performance, and customer satisfaction while fostering team collaboration and growth
