- Strong independent judgment to tackle complex, non-routine problems with creative solutions
- Ability to set work direction for teams in alignment with strategic objectives and priorities
- Demonstrated initiative in improving results through reduced cost or improved efficiency
- Comfort making decisions with moderate to large impact on costs, objectives, and overall process
Responsibilities
- Lead technical teams of design engineers and technical leads through tendering and project execution phases
- Oversee technical solutions from inception to closure, ensuring delivery meets cost, time, and quality standards
- Capture customer needs, define optimal solutions, and identify technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive operational excellence, performance, and customer satisfaction while fostering team collaboration and growth
