About The Position

We are seeking a Product Design + Frontend Engineer to design and build the experiences researchers use to understand, run, and contribute to our benchmarks. This role involves working on both internal tools for benchmark creation and the public-facing platform for scientific community engagement. You will shape how researchers interact with AI performance data and how we present our benchmarks and scientific launches, ultimately helping to determine if frontier models can handle complex computational biology reasoning. You will tackle problems across product design and frontend engineering, including complex product workflows, interaction and visual design, frontend systems, developer and user experience, and our company website. Working on a small team, you will have significant control over your direction and the problems you tackle. Responsibilities may include improving complex workflows, identifying usability and design issues, developing new interaction patterns, and implementing features from concept to production. You will also design and build website pages for benchmark launches, product announcements, company updates, and marketing needs, translating technical ideas into clear, polished web experiences. This role is ideal for someone who values functionality, aesthetics, and build quality equally.
