Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and digital sales tools.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel locally between scheduled appointments.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.
  • Learn about customers' remodeling goals and recommend customized bathroom solutions.
  • Present products, upgrades, financing options, and pricing.
  • Assist homeowners with design selections, including fixtures, colors, finishes, and layouts.
  • Prepare contracts and accurately document project details.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Follow our proven sales process to achieve personal sales goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
