About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to conduct presentations with homeowners who have expressed interest in window replacement. The representative uses company-provided tools, training, sales methodology, product samples, support, and technology to build customer connections and sell replacement services. The role may involve running up to 12 pre-qualified leads per week. Leads are generated by in-house inside-sales and outside-marketing teams. The next training class begins January 18, 2027. The position is based at Window Solutions Inc in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
• Proven experience closing high-ticket sales.
• Availability for homeowner appointments at 10 a.m., 2 p.m., and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. and noon on rotating Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous in-home business-to-consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.
• One-call-close experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in construction, account management, business development, or construction sales is a plus but not required.
