About The Position

As an Industry Leader, Closet Factory needs Design Consultants to design and sell our custom closets and numerous other storage solutions. As a Design Consultant at Closet Factory of Kentucky, you will play a vital role in helping clients transform their spaces with customized storage solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that enhance their homes. Requirements

• Proven experience in interior design, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Cell phone, reliable vehicle, laptop computer, and a clean driving record are required - as well as a great attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with design software and the ability to learn new tools quickly is a plus.
• A little creativity, the ability to think in three dimensions, and a hunger for excitement and success!

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess their storage needs and design preferences.
• Develop customized design plans using industry-leading software.
• Present design proposals clearly and professionally to clients.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing and installation teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, trends, and design techniques.
• Manage project timelines and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
