This Seattle -based CM firm is an expert in design -build, working extensively in the financial, retail and private higher -education sectors on projects nationally. With a deep client base, extensive repeat users and a broad network in specific market sectors, they are growing their project delivery team. They are hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team leading individual projects valued between $2M and $20M.
