About The Position

The Corporate Design and Construction team at Universal Health Services (UHS) is seeking motivated students for its internship program. Interns will contribute to meaningful projects, develop technical skills, collaborate and network with teams, and receive mentorship. The interview process is expected to begin in January 2027, with a target start date around the first week of June 2027.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field at an accredited college or university.
• Be entering senior year, having completed at least the first semester of junior year.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Desire to learn and share ideas in a collaborative work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in lunch-and-learn sessions focused on UHS Design and Construction priorities.
• Participate in projects.
• Shadow Design and Construction employees to learn about their different roles.
