About The Position

Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced, dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join The Dermatology Center of Worcester, our growing practice serving Worcester, MA and the surrounding Central Massachusetts community. This full-time opportunity comes at an exciting time for the practice: what began as a small private practice has recently joined a leading national dermatology group, bringing new resources, expanded services, and fresh energy to a team already known for compassionate, patient-centered care. Requirements

• Active PA-C or NP licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain).
• Prior experience in dermatology required.
• A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for skin health.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
• A team player who thrives in a growing, patient-focused practice environment.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years preferred experience in dermatology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, hair loss, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the practice's physicians and fellow Advanced Practice Providers.
• Play a key role in shaping patient care as the practice continues to grow.
