About The Position

Work Schedule : Full-time, 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Serve as an escalation point for patient issues and questions. Recommend and implement guidelines and workflows for the department. Requirements

  • High School Diploma Or equivalent Required
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or licensure as an LPN
  • 3 years of progressive leadership responsibilities with experience working in a health care related field Required
  • Supervisory experience in health care clinic operations Preferred
  • Certified as CMA, RMA or CCMA or eligible for certification Preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or other relevant field Preferred
