About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Dermatology Practice Manager to oversee our daily clinic operations, champion a positive team culture, and optimize patient care. This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday, with a compensation of $65,000-$68,000 base plus a monthly bonus. In support of our mission statement, "Healthier Practices, Healthier Patients," we have a Tobacco Free Environment and do not hire tobacco and nicotine users, including vaping/e-cigarettes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years as a dermatology manager and leading a team is required
- Knowledge of dermatology medical terminology and insurance practices is required
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and direct the work of others
Nice To Haves
- Medical Assistant Certification is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversees the operations of the practice and Mohs Surgery Center in order to ensure that continuous, quality, accurate, timely and cost-effective services are provided
- Collaborates with providers and other departments to ensure a high-quality patient experience
- Provides effective leadership and promotes teamwork both internally and externally. Develops goals and performance expectations for staff.
- Responsible for patient relations and works collaboratively with professional staff and other departments to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction
- Development and implementation of continuous quality improvement and monitoring on an ongoing basis to meet the mission, goals and objectives of the practice
