About The Position

A busy dermatology practice in southern Nevada is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its patient-focused clinical team. The role involves independently evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of medical dermatologic conditions. The practitioner will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide patient education, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. The position emphasizes delivering compassionate care with excellent bedside manner and building strong patient relationships. The role requires efficient work in a fast-paced outpatient environment, with collaboration among physicians and support staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of hands-on clinical dermatology experience in a dermatology practice, including experience independently diagnosing and treating medical dermatologic conditions.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with appropriate professional certification.
  • Current Nevada Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license, or eligibility and ability to obtain Nevada licensure.
  • Strong clinical judgment with a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based dermatologic care.
  • Excellent communication, bedside manner, and patient education skills with a compassionate and professional approach to care.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
