About The Position

Integrated Dermatology is seeking a Dermatology-trained Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their growing New York practice as part of Four Seasons Dermatology. Four Seasons Dermatology has provided personalized medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care to the Vermont and northern New York community since 2003. This full-time opportunity comes at an exciting time for the practice, as it continues to expand its team, including the recent addition of a new Mohs surgeon. Requirements

• Dermatology-Trained Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Active New York medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
• A team player who thrives in a growing, patient-focused practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures, with in-house Mohs surgery support for complex cases.
• Collaborate closely with fellow physicians and Physician Assistants across the practice's Vermont and New York locations.
• Play a key role in shaping patient care as the practice continues to grow.
