About The Position

An established, physician-owned dermatology practice in the greater Prescott area of north-central Arizona is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The role focuses primarily, if not entirely, on medical dermatology, including care for skin cancer concerns, chronic skin conditions, and other medical dermatology issues. The practice emphasizes individualized treatment, patient education, ongoing patient relationships, and professional collaboration with experienced physicians. The practice has an existing patient population and plans to open a second location approximately 10 miles from its current office. Providers are expected to practice at both locations. Full-time and part-time scheduling options are available. Medical insurance, life insurance, and retirement benefits are offered. Compensation is estimated and may vary based on days worked, experience, production, and bonuses.

Requirements

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, or eligible for Arizona licensure.
At least 1–2 years of clinical experience in dermatology.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient communication skills.
Interest in primarily medical dermatology.
Commitment to patient-centered care and professional collaboration.
Willingness to practice at two nearby locations.

Responsibilities
