Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States in a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical Assistant certification is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or in a clinical setting is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, especially in dermatology, preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for clinical examination by recording vital signs and medical histories.
  • Assist physicians during procedures and examinations, ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are ready.
  • Perform basic laboratory tests and specimen preparation accurately.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records following healthcare compliance standards.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating clinic communications during working hours.
  • Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, medications, and skincare routines.
  • Ensure examination rooms are clean, organized, and stocked appropriately.
