A highly regarded dermatology organization in the Norfolk area is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist to succeed a retiring physician. The transition creates a rare opportunity to inherit meaningful patient demand rather than spend the early years of your practice building it from the ground up. You’ll have the freedom to shape the next chapter around your own clinical interests, with the resources of an established organization behind you and strong potential to grow both the medical and cosmetic sides of your practice. This is a full-time opportunity with a flexible 4-5 day workweek, allowing practice in a personalized mix of general/medical and cosmetic dermatology. There is strong potential to expand cosmetic services based on your interests. The clinical environment is modern and fully equipped, utilizing EMA/EMR, with experienced, dermatology-trained medical assistants and administrative support. Established referral relationships throughout the region and a reputable dermatology organization with a strong Coastal Virginia presence provide a solid foundation. The infrastructure and operational support are designed to help physicians practice efficiently and focus on patient care.
