About The Position

An established, physician-led private dermatology practice in the Minneapolis area is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its highly regarded team. This opportunity is especially well suited for a dermatologist who values clinical autonomy, strong physician relationships and the ability to build a practice around their own interests. The incoming physician will step into an established, full patient panel while joining a beautiful, well-supported practice known for its strong clinic culture and thoughtful approach to long-term growth. The practice is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, with a preference for a physician interested in making this their long-term professional home. One of the greatest advantages of this opportunity is flexibility. The incoming dermatologist can develop the practice mix that best aligns with their interests, including general / medical dermatology, surgical dermatology and cosmetic dermatology. For physicians with an interest in aesthetics, the practice offers access to an extensive selection of cosmetic devices and technologies, providing meaningful opportunities to incorporate and grow cosmetic services rather than simply offering them on a limited basis. Whether your interests lean heavily toward medical dermatology, cosmetics or a combination of services, you'll have the autonomy to shape your practice over time. This is not a practice simply looking to fill an open schedule. Leadership is placing significant emphasis on finding a dermatologist who is the right long-term fit for the team, culture and patient-care philosophy. The Minneapolis–Saint Paul area offers an appealing combination of metropolitan amenities and easy access to outdoor recreation. Physicians can enjoy a thriving restaurant and arts scene, diverse neighborhoods, extensive park and trail systems and the region's well-known lakes—all while living within a major Midwestern healthcare and business hub. With numerous communities throughout the Twin Cities offering everything from walkable urban living to spacious suburban neighborhoods, physicians have considerable flexibility in choosing the lifestyle that works best for them. For a dermatologist looking beyond the next job and thinking about where they want to build the next chapter of their career, this opportunity offers an uncommon combination of autonomy, immediate patient demand, experienced clinical support and a pathway toward partnership. You'll have the opportunity to join an established team, inherit a thriving patient base and develop a practice that reflects your own clinical interests—all within a private-practice environment focused on finding the right physician for the long term.
