About The Position

myDermRecruiter is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join an established specialty dermatology group in coastal Ventura County, California. This full-time opportunity involves practicing at two nearby offices approximately 15 minutes apart, alongside experienced dermatologists and advanced practice providers. The group’s clinical expertise includes medical dermatology, skin cancer treatment, dermatologic surgery and cosmetic medicine. The position offers an established patient base and flexibility to develop a preferred mix of medical and cosmetic services. Patient volume is provider-directed and typically 35–40 patients per day, depending on individual comfort level. The schedule is a four-day workweek. Compensation is described as attractive, with $500K+ potential in the posting title; signing and relocation bonuses may be available.
