About The Position
A well-established, highly respected private dermatology practice in the north San Diego area is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a thriving, patient-focused environment with strong demand, a collaborative culture and the infrastructure in place to support long-term success. The position offers a full-time schedule with flexibility to practice 4–5 days per week, focusing on a balanced mix of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. New providers will experience immediate patient volume, stepping into a busy schedule from day one, with current providers averaging 35–40 patients per day in a highly efficient setting. The practice operates modern, well-equipped offices supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff, utilizing EMA software for streamlined workflows and documentation across multiple well-established locations in desirable North County communities. This opportunity is driven by continued growth and strong patient demand, with a current patient waitlist extending approximately three months. The group is committed to maintaining access to high-quality dermatologic care while supporting its providers with the tools and flexibility they need to thrive.
