About The Position
Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking board-certified dermatologists, 2026 and 2027 dermatology residents, and Mohs surgeons to join its growing team in Salinas, California. The practice provides medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology services and serves patients across a network of more than 170 offices in multiple states. Its mission is to deliver the Ultimate Patient Experience and foster a great working environment for providers, support staff, and team members. The role offers a competitive compensation model, favorable payer contracts and reimbursement structures, experienced medical leadership and support staff, access to leading dermatologists, and access to current technologies and equipment. Advanced training programs and education are also available. The stated compensation range is $450,000+, with potential eligibility for signing and relocation bonuses.
