About The Position

A thriving, physician-led private practice in Austin, Texas is seeking an experienced Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dermatologist who wants to combine medical dermatology with a significant cosmetic practice, while also having the option to participate meaningfully in clinical research. With approximately 40% of the practice dedicated to cosmetic dermatology, this opportunity is particularly well suited for a dermatologist who enjoys injectables, lasers, energy-based treatments and comprehensive aesthetic care - but does not want to step away from medical dermatology. The practice is continuing to expand and is looking for a physician interested in becoming an integral, long-term part of its future, with partnership potential available for the right candidate. The incoming dermatologist will have the opportunity to develop a sophisticated and well-rounded practice encompassing: * General and medical dermatology * Cosmetic dermatology and facial aesthetics * Laser and energy-based treatments * Neurotoxins, fillers and other injectable treatments * Clinical research * Long-term patient and professional referral relationships The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology and an interest in continuing to grow their expertise within a highly collaborative, comprehensive practice environment. Requirements

Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist
Experienced and comfortable practicing both medical and cosmetic dermatology

Responsibilities

Develop a sophisticated and well-rounded practice encompassing general and medical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology and facial aesthetics, laser and energy-based treatments, neurotoxins, fillers and other injectable treatments, and clinical research.
Participate in the development of emerging dermatologic treatments through industry-sponsored clinical trials or investigator-initiated research.
Publish dermatology research and present findings at national meetings.
Build a recognized academic and research profile while maintaining a private-practice career.
