For nearly two decades, this established dermatology practice has cared for patients throughout Fort Myers and the surrounding Southwest Florida community. As the area and the practice continue to grow, the team is adding another dermatologist - not to replace a departing physician, but to help meet increasing patient demand. This is an opportunity to join a private practice with an established reputation, a loyal patient community and an experienced team already in place. You'll practice in a modern, newly renovated office alongside skilled providers, with the clinical support needed to build a busy schedule while maintaining the personal, relationship-centered approach to care that has helped the practice grow over time. This position will primarily focus on medical dermatology, with approximately 15 - 20% of the schedule currently consisting of cosmetic services. There is strong patient demand and the opportunity to build a robust schedule of 40+ patients per day for a dermatologist who prefers a higher-volume practice. You'll be supported by 2 - 3 well-trained medical assistants, helping with day-to-day efficiency and allowing you to stay focused on your patients. There is also no requirement to supervise advanced practice providers. This isn't a newly established dermatology office trying to build a patient base from the ground up. The practice has been part of the Fort Myers community for years and is expanding because demand continues to grow. You'll join an experienced team while having room to develop your own patient relationships and become part of the practice's next chapter in Southwest Florida.
