The California Deputy State Director supports the strategic, programmatic, operational, financial, and personnel management of MFV and MFA activities in California. Working closely with the National Director of Campaigns and Programs and other organizational leaders, the Deputy State Director helps establish state strategy, manages staff and programs, supports field operations, develops partnerships, participates in fundraising, and monitors state budgets, grants, data, communications, and performance. The ideal candidate brings substantial experience in field operations, campaigns, staff management, program development, fundraising, and data-driven decision-making.
