About The Position

Complete Building Services is hiring a Deputy Project Manager/Quality Control Manager (DPM/QCM) for a large facility in NW Washington. The DPM/QCM serves as both an assistant to the Project Manager and an on-site Quality Control lead. The DPM/QCM will directly support the PM in overseeing the day-to-day operations of in-house and subcontractor activities and supervise the technical staff (Chief Engineer, Engineers, Electricians, etc.). The DPM/QCM will perform daily visual inspections to enforce quality standards, support on-site quality control initiatives, and assess the quality of CBS and subcontractor workmanship in completing assigned preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance tasks. The DPM/QCM identifies quality deficiencies, reviews issues with the Project Manager, workforce, and subcontractors, and implements corrective actions. Any deficiencies found on-site are documented immediately for the DPM/QCM to review to ensure standards are met and maintained as specified in the contract and per all local codes. Following the detection of any issues, our corrective action plan ensures that the DPM/QCM will provide a plan to solve the problem, and then routinely confirm that work has been thoroughly inspected and corrective actions and rework are correctly and promptly accomplished.
