Aretum is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support federal background investigation, personnel vetting, onboarding, and HSPD-12 PIV credentialing program operations. This role will support the Program Manager in overseeing day-to-day delivery across personnel vetting and credentialing workstreams, managing team execution, maintaining policy documents and SOPs, and ensuring program activities align with Trusted Workforce 2.0 requirements. The ideal candidate has strong experience in federal personnel vetting practices, process improvement, stakeholder communications, data reporting, and complex government onboarding and security protocols. Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.
