Peraton is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to assist the Senior Program Manager in managing a multifaceted program. This role involves daily interaction with government customers, technical and business managers, staff, and subcontractor partners. The Deputy Program Manager will advise on strategic planning, fiscal, operational, procurement, and administrative management. They will oversee project operations to ensure production schedules are met, resources are utilized effectively, and customer relationships are maintained. This position requires developing budgets, schedules, identifying and mitigating program risks, and coordinating resolutions to production issues. A key responsibility is creating and managing an Integrated Master Schedule, gathering schedule data, analyzing critical paths, and providing schedule analysis using project management techniques. The role also involves providing inputs for performance reports, participating in program meetings, and acting as a point of contact for the government when the Program Manager is unavailable.
