About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Deputy Program Manager to perform overall management of the Muscatatuck Training Center, including directing all contractor/subcontractor personnel and performance reporting. This role is part of our Federal Solutions team, which delivers resources to US government customers ensuring mission success globally in defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental sectors. Requirements

  • Masters degree (in desired field) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Program Management or SR level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with SR level DoD personnel.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP), or possessing Level III Program Management Certification from the Defense Acquisition University.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance with the ability obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance in the future if needed.
  • Documented record of increasing management responsibilities with a firm technical foundation in all areas relating to enterprise level technology management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing Cyber range or IT/OT technology program.
  • Knowledgeable with all associated platform support and hardware of the MuTC – Cyber Program.
  • An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance in the future if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform overall management of the Contractor effort, including directing all Contractor/subcontractor personnel and performance reporting.
  • Conduct tours and briefings for senior state and national-level leaders.
  • Represent the Program at various national level working groups and planning conferences.
  • Conduct high-level engagements at the Joint Staff, Department of Army, National Guard Bureau and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) levels.
  • Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
  • Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.
  • Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths.
