About The Position

Everforth ECS Federal is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to work in our Washington, DC office. This position is contingent upon contract award. Join Everforth ECS Federal to help lead day-to-day delivery for a mission-focused federal IT program. You will work in a collaborative, growing environment supporting systems and infrastructure that enable national security and law enforcement operations while helping strengthen team culture, service performance, and professional growth across the program. We are seeking a cleared Deputy Program Manager to support the execution of a large, complex federal classified IT and cybersecurity services program supporting law enforcement, national security, and criminal justice missions within our National Security Business Unit. The Deputy Program Manager will work closely with the Program Manager to support daily program execution, including schedule management, risk tracking, resource coordination, cross-functional team alignment, service delivery, operational discipline, status reporting, staffing coordination, and customer engagement. This role will help manage the Integrated Master Schedule, risks, actions, resources, deliverables, staffing activities, and operational execution across multiple workstreams. The Deputy Program Manager will track progress against SLAs, KPIs, milestones, contractual requirements, and customer priorities while coordinating issue resolution, escalation, and communication across program leadership, technical teams, and government stakeholders. This position will also support team communications, onboarding, mentoring, employee development, and growth activities to help reinforce a collaborative culture focused on accountability, responsiveness, high-quality customer support, and continuous improvement. This role requires a mission-focused leader who can help coordinate multidisciplinary teams delivering infrastructure, cybersecurity, software engineering, COMSEC, litigation support, cross-domain, service management, and end-user support functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational judgment, communication skills, customer awareness, and the ability to support performance in high-visibility, classified, and sensitive federal IT environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years federal IT project/program support experience
  • Experience managing schedules, risks, resources, and cross-functional delivery
  • Experience supporting SLA/KPI tracking, operational reporting, or service delivery management
  • Strong communication and team coordination skills.
