About The Position

BluePath Labs is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to manage daily multidisciplinary federal program delivery across client tasks and partner companies. The role coordinates task leads and partner companies, integrates schedules and staffing, resolves dependencies, and supports cross-task execution and partner performance. It also manages staffing, budgets, schedules, quality, risks, and performance improvement; coordinates program controls and financial reporting; oversees deliverable reviews; tracks corrective actions; resolves delivery issues; and prepares leadership briefings. The Deputy Program Manager supports the Program Manager in integrating delivery across task leads and partner companies and acts on the Program Manager’s behalf when delegated.

This onsite position is located in Washington, DC. No active clearance is required, but TS/SCI is preferred, and the candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. The position is contingent upon contract award. BluePath Labs is seeking qualified candidates for an upcoming government contract; applicants selected may be contacted for further steps if the contract is awarded.

Requirements

• U.S. citizen.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years managing multidisciplinary federal delivery teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary federal delivery teams, coordinate partner companies, and manage staffing, budgets, schedules, quality, risks, and performance improvement.
• Ability to integrate daily delivery across task leads; coordinate program controls and financial reporting; oversee deliverable reviews; track corrective actions; prepare clear leadership briefings; and resolve delivery dependencies and issues.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
