LMI is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead to support the delivery of next-generation software capabilities for U.S. Army modernization initiatives. This position requires an Active Secret security clearance. Reporting to the Technical Program Manager (TPM), this role serves as the operational backbone of the program, ensuring that staffing, financial management, contract administration, reporting, governance, and day-to-day business operations are executed efficiently so technical teams can remain focused on delivering mission-critical software. The Deputy Program Manager will coordinate across corporate functions, Army stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal program leadership to ensure program execution remains aligned with contractual requirements, financial objectives, and organizational priorities.
