Deputy Manager - Security AIM
About The Position
Performing security patrols, protecting property from theft, embezzlement, sabotage, trespassing, fire and accidents. This role involves the observation and reporting of any unlawful activity, prevention of theft or misappropriation of assets, and protection of individuals or property, including proprietary information. The position also includes controlling access to premises, crowd control in public areas, investigating and taking appropriate action on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety, and fire. The Deputy Manager will neutralize situations calmly with tact and common sense, watch for safety and fire hazards, enforce company security policies, and provide assistance to customers, employees, visitors, or the public. A key responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of movable and immovable assets of the plant, and monitoring the movements of unauthorized people and vehicles inside the plant.
Requirements
- 5 Years in Industrial security (minimum)
- Graduate (minimum)
- NCC 'C' Certificate with A grading or ex-service men (officer rank)

- Watch for safety and fire hazards and other security related situations
- Enforcing company's security policies and procedures
- Provide any needed assistance to customers, employees, visitors, or the public
- Ensure the safety and security of movable and immovable assets of the plant
- Monitoring the movements of unauthorized people and vehicle inside the plant
