Deputy Manager - Production SBS
About The Position
Monitoring of Body Shop production activity, including studying shop quality trends (Nova C, Nova B, Global Demerit), leading Kaizens and productivity improvement projects, and implementing corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints. This role also involves conducting safety audits and rounds, utilizing problem-solving techniques like 7 QC tools and DOE, and applying QC story methodology. The Deputy Manager will ensure smooth production of new products, adherence to quality standards, and monitoring of PQCDSM parameters. Additionally, they will oversee safety and TPM pillars and participate in various audits.
Requirements
- Bachelors of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering degree.
- 3 to 5 years of general experience (if BE).

Responsibilities
- Monitoring of Body Shop production activity.

- Ensuring smooth productionizing of new product and applicable quality standards.
- Monitor PQCDSM Paramter at shop.
- Take care of Safety & TPM Pillars and Different kinds of audits.
