About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing the production activities within the Paint Shop, focusing on ensuring output, controlling defects, and managing various operational aspects. The Deputy Manager will also coordinate with customers, manage team attendance, identify cost-saving solutions, and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Hands on experience of handling PTCED line
• Knowledge of Paint shop Equipments like spray guns, pumps, blowers, burners
• Understanding of ED/Paint defects and Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Manufacturing process and Supplier processes
• Knowledge of TPM, Quality tools & systems and current Best practices in Industry

Responsibilities

• Ensure PTCED output and its production related activities
• Control CED/Paint defects due to Process
• Perform the various lab testing required for PTCED
• Coordinate and provide supporting hand to customers (Internal and External)
• Monitor and control absenteeism on line by planning of cell members leave
• Find cost-effective solutions for consumable items by monitoring, suggesting, implementing I4 ideas/Kaizens
• Create a conducive environment for safe and engaged working
• Maintain safety of Equipments by monitoring safety interlocks
