About The Position

Dunbury CE Academy is seeking to recruit a passionate, committed, and aspirational Deputy Headteacher to join their senior leadership team. This is a full-time, permanent position that combines teaching responsibilities with dedicated time out of class for leadership. Dunbury is a small, caring, rural school, rooted in the values of trust, friendship, respect, and courage, as recognized in its ‘Good’ OfSTED (2023) and outstanding SIAMs (2025) reports.
