About The Position

This position is a Deputy MRO Program Manager role that reports to the F100 Sustainment Director. The selected candidate will work directly with the F100 Program MRO leader and team, Columbus Engine Center (CEC), Program Operations Team, Sustainment Regional Leaders, Sustainment Program Managers (SPM), and all support functions to meet customer delivery objectives and cost targets for module overhauls at CEC to improve WRE and keep the F100 fleet healthy. The candidate will drive necessary projects and escalations to reduce workstops at CEC by delivering critical parts to enable module repairs and meet customer demand. The individual will be deputy to the CEC program MRO leader and will have responsibility to interface with key support functions such as the CEC team, Eagle Supply, CIPTs, Quality, Operations, Mod Centers, and Engineering to drive focus and priority for CEC module overhauls.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance or Aerospace
12 years of aerospace or business experience or An Advanced Degree with 10 years of aerospace or business experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
Travel 25%

Sustainment and Technical familiarity, Program Management and Material Planning experience, strong data management and systems applications (SAP, Qlik, Foresight etc.) background

Responsibilities

Act as Deputy to the Program CEC MRO Leader
Lead and manage CEC module overhauls
Interface with CEC Operations, Program MRO, Operations, Eagle supply and other support functions to drive increased throughput, and improved turnaround of modules at CEC
Lead and support MRO Material teams to ensure accurate material planning and forecasting to support module overhauls at CEC
Collaborate with SPMs to ensure accurate customer module induction forecasts through CEC
Utilize existing and future tools such Foresight and Qlik to ensure effective module overhaul planning
Develop overall CEC overhaul strategy that plans for every module (clear visibility for each module and material needed to produce)
