The Deputy Director of Secondary Implementation will work as a part of the Learning Support Team to support college/career readiness grades 7-12 throughout the network of schools in iLEAD. Using the California School Dashboard's College Career Indicator and other local metrics to guide success, this position will design, implement, support, and monitor Career Technical Education, Dual Enrollment, and other programs related to postsecondary readiness and success. The Deputy Director of Secondary Implementation will collaborate with iLEAD CA staff to design, implement, and improve personalized secondary learning programs. This includes integrating CTE and Dual Enrollment opportunities, conducting pathway assessments, and using data to identify needs and guide decision-making. The role supports schools in implementing programs with clear benchmarks, monitors learner progress and program effectiveness, and analyzes secondary outcomes to inform continuous improvement. Additionally, the Deputy Director provides targeted professional development, promotes a culture of data-driven reflection, ensures fidelity of grant-funded programs, and supports equitable access to college and career pathways, while performing other duties as assigned.
