California will define the next decade of climate action, and the resources behind that work have to keep pace. EnviroVoters is scaling its institutional funding program, and we need a senior fundraiser who can lead people, own strategy, and represent the organization with our most important foundation partners. This role sits at the center of a growing team, shaping how we cultivate funders, build the pipeline, and turn ambitious climate and justice campaigns into sustained investment. This is a leadership role. The Deputy Director of Institutional Giving manages grant staff, drives portfolio strategy across both EnviroVoters (501c4) and the EnviroVoters Education Fund (501c3), and serves as a senior relationship holder with institutional funders. If you have led teams, closed six-figure grants, and want your work to fuel real political power, we want to hear from you. As a senior member of the Philanthropy Team, the Deputy Director of Institutional Giving leads the day-to-day operation and growth of the institutional giving program for EnviroVoters and the Ed Fund. This role manages grant staff and consultants, owns a portfolio of high-priority institutional funders, drives annual grant strategy and revenue planning in partnership with the Director of Institutional Giving, and ensures the full grant lifecycle runs with excellence across both entities.
