In this administrative role, you can expect to prepare and post agendas, minutes, and meeting materials, support weekly Commission meetings from setup to documentation, maintain public records, resolutions, ordinances, and files, ensure transparency through postings to websites and public boards, process voter registrations and assist voter inquiries, help run Early Voting and Election Day operations, assist with vote tallying and election canvassing, maintain court records and calendars, coordinate court proceedings with judges, attorneys, and staff, process payments, prepare legal documents, and manage E-filing, assist the public with court-related processes, prepare warrants, manage dockets, and submit financial reports, track and manage county inventory assets over $150, coordinate with departments to maintain accuracy, organize and preserve official county documents, assist with GRAMA requests and document retrieval, maintain compliance with retention and destruction schedules, and manage board records, filings, and educational outreach materials.
