The Delaware Department of Justice is seeking a highly motivated and committed Deputy Attorney General (DAG) to provide general counsel to the Delaware Department of Labor (DOL). This role involves providing legal support to various divisions within the DOL, including the Division of Employment & Training, Division of Industrial Affairs, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Office of Occupational & Labor Market Information, and the Industrial Accident Board. The Civil Division, where this role resides, comprises approximately 80 attorneys who offer legal support to executive branch agencies. This includes general counsel advice, prosecution of administrative hearings, representation of boards, and all stages of civil litigation.
