About The Position

MultiMedical Systems is seeking a motivated, reliable and responsible individual for repairing and maintaining electronic medical equipment and devices. They will work in a depot repair facility and will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment, as well as testing and calibrating devices to ensure they are functioning properly. The Depot Repair Technician will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of repairs and inventory and will work closely with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Safely and efficiently transport medical devices to healthcare facilities and state prisons within California. Ensure the safe handling and security of medical devices during transit. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. Maintain routine vehicle maintenance and delivery vehicle clean and organized. Communicate with healthcare facility and prison staff to coordinate delivery times and locations. Maintain accurate delivery/pickup logs to ensure all required documentation is completed. Report any delivery issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in electronic medical equipment repair
  • Strong knowledge of electronic medical equipment and devices
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
  • Must pass background and drug screen
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Excel experience preferred
  • Data Entry skills preferred
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
  • Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions (e.g. hot, cold, dusty, noisy)
