About The Position

The Depot Production team member is responsible for the final preparation, quality, inventory control, and accuracy of all clean linen orders moving through the HLSG depot. This position serves as the final point of quality control before linen is delivered to our customers and is expected to take ownership of ensuring every order leaving the depot is accurate, complete, properly prepared, and meets HLSG quality standards. The Depot Production role will work closely with the servicing HLSG laundry plant, depot leadership, drivers, and operations team to maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure 100% customer satisfaction with linen delivered from the depot.

Responsibilities

Receive and verify clean linen shipments arriving from the servicing HLSG laundry plant.
Perform a final quality inspection of linen before products are staged for customer delivery.
Identify and remove stained, damaged, improperly folded, or otherwise unacceptable linen from customer orders.
Build, organize, and stage individual customer orders for scheduled depot deliveries.
Verify that each outgoing order contains the proper products and quantities prior to loading.
Maintain an organized and accurate supply of backup linen inventory within the depot.
Monitor backup inventory levels and proactively identify future linen requirements.
Place replenishment orders with the servicing laundry plant to maintain appropriate backup inventory levels.
Communicate shortages, quality concerns, unusual usage patterns, or inventory needs to depot and plant leadership.
Assist with receiving, unloading, staging, moving, and organizing linen carts and products throughout the depot.
Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional depot production environment.
Follow all HLSG quality, safety, infection-prevention, and operating procedures.
Work closely with drivers to ensure orders are complete and properly staged prior to departure.
Assist in inventory counts and routine audits as required.
Take ownership of correcting linen quality or order accuracy concerns before products reach the customer.
Maintain 100% accountability for the quality, accuracy, and satisfaction of linen orders delivered from the depot.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
