About The Position

This position assists with the growth of the depot by handling in-gate and out-gate interchanges for all drivers. The Depot Clerk will operate multiple lift machines, organize equipment per the "yard plan," stack chassis, and create accurate estimates while minimizing exposure to missed damage costs.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-gate and out-gate interchanges for all drivers
• Operate multiple lift machines
• Organize equipment per “yard plan.”
• Stack Chassis
• Create accurate estimates and minimize exposure to missed damage costs
• Ensure that equipment is correctly inspected both IN and OUT
• Ensure that all required documents are collected and maintained
• Operate forklift equipment for containers and chassis
• Assist in creating processes related to the depot
• Collaboration with team members as needed
• Maintain property and ensure M&R vendor disposes all debris
• Yard Truck Operator
