About The Position
APS Medical Billing in Toledo, Ohio, is seeking a motivated individual to join its payments team as a Depositor. The role involves handling checks and payment transactions, reconciling deposits, investigating discrepancies, and assisting with refund checks.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience working with money.
- Confidential and trustworthy.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Tally checks and calculate transactions accurately and promptly.
- Reconcile deposits, including verification and corrections.
- Investigate balance differences and follow up.
- Run checks through endorsing or remote deposit machines.
- Assist with refund checks.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
