This position provides timely and accurate deposit process and procedural support, with a friendly and positive attitude, to internal and external customers both verbally and in writing. The Deposit Services Specialist is responsible for death claims, retirement account processing, account research, quality assurance, legal account processing, verifications of deposit, handling daily mail requests, and servicing employee accounts. Serves as a primary backup for one or more key department functions.
