The Deposit Operations Specialist team member will provide assistance with the deposit operations of the bank. This position will assist customers, employees, officers, and other branch personnel via phone calls and e-mails as issues arise. In their Deposit Operations capacity, this team member will assist with research of debit card charges, debit card disputes, reissuing debit cards, providing provisional and final credit to customers, scanning documents, documentation review and other tasks related to the overall deposit operations of the bank. It is critical that tasks are performed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with regulatory requirements and department procedures.
